Immunexa is dedicated to advancing the frontiers of immunology, cancer research, and precision medicine. Our mission is to explore the immune system at its deepest layers, harnessing multi-omic technologies, single-cell sequencing, and computational biology to unlock novel biomarkers and therapeutic strategies. We focus on translating high-impact science into clinical applications, bridging the gap between discovery and patient care.
With expertise in immuno-oncology, multi-omics integration, and next-generation therapies such as bispecific antibodies and T-cell engagers, Immunexa stands at the intersection of research innovation and real-world medicine. Our goal is to contribute to a new generation of therapies for cancer, infection, and immune-related diseases.
About Me – Dr. Mojtaba (Soheil) Shekarkar Azgomi
I am a Molecular Biologist, Immunologist, and Bioinformatician, currently working as a Postdoctoral Researcher at OncoLille (CANTHER – Cancer, Heterogeneity, Plasticity and Resistance to Therapies), Lille, France.
My research journey has been shaped by a strong passion for translational molecular medicine—transforming laboratory-driven discoveries into clinical solutions. I specialize in:
- Single-cell multi-omics (RNA, ATAC, CITE-seq) to map immune dynamics in cancer and infectious diseases.
- Design and development of bispecific T-cell engagers (BiTEs) for hematological malignancies, solid tumors, and infections.
- Biomarker discovery in multiple myeloma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, tuberculosis, and vaccine responses.
- Advanced bioinformatics pipelines to integrate genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic data into actionable insights.
I have contributed to innovative diagnostics, developed patented peptides for vaccine preparation against SARS-CoV-2, and led multi-disciplinary teams to establish novel protocols in high-dimensional flow cytometry, immunotherapy, and computational biology.
Through Immunexa, I aim to bring together science, technology, and medicine—creating a platform where research innovation meets real-world patient impact.
